Within the framework of mART, participants have the opportunity to visit partner institutions abroad that focus on Action Research and engage in collaborative studies. In 2023, this trip was hosted by AFF Norway, the world's oldest leadership development program with a history of 70 years, from May 15th to May 20th. AFF, being Norway's largest leadership and organizational development consulting firm and working in collaboration with the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), ranks among the top fifty in the Financial Times Executive Education Open Programs and Executive Education Custom Programs rankings. During the trip, participants had the chance to explore topics such as leadership, transformation, and action research through meetings with esteemed institutions like the East Office of Norway, NHH, Jotun, Deloitte, and engaging in joint workshops.
