With expertise in strategy, operations, and technology, he has developed and implemented competitive strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, Industry 4.0 and omni-channel initiatives, pricing strategies, and analytics solutions for global organizations across industries like manufacturing, retail, technology, FMCG, and consumer goods. During his tenure as a Consulting Partner, Güneş held pivotal roles such as "Business Analytics Service Line Leader," "National Manufacturing Service Line Leader," and "EMEA Centre of Excellence Technology Initiatives Program Sponsoring Partner." As the founder of VelocityMG, he now guides companies through business and digital transformation journeys. Holding an MBA from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Güneş blends practical expertise with academic insight to inspire future business leaders in the digital age.
