Undergraduate Program and Career Spc.


This position will be responsible for all administrative affairs of the Faculty of Management’s Undergraduate Program, as well as providing comprehensive administrative and career support to the faculty’s graduate students, including the management of external relations covering alumni and corporate relations. The Undergraduate Program and Career Officer will report to the Dean, the Administrative Affairs Manager, and the Academic Director.
As the Undergraduate Program and Career Officer:
Academic / Student Affairs:
• Maintain and manage relations and collaboration with Student Resources,
• Ensure that the decisions to be taken by the Institute Board & Institute Executive Board and the Faculty Board & Faculty Executive Board comply with regulations, and keep the official decision records,
• Collect information from faculty members for course and final exam schedules, enter the information into the system, and submit it to the Registrar’s Office,
• Ensure that the course registration process runs smoothly during registration periods,
• Respond to and resolve students’ questions throughout their academic journey in coordination with relevant units and the Academic Director,
• Collect all undergraduate academic forms and petitions; inform students about procedures such as leave of absence, minor programs, and internal transfers, and direct them to relevant units when necessary,
• Manage the Company Action Project process for graduate students.
Event Coordination:
• Provide administrative support for the promotion of the Management Sciences Undergraduate Program within the university,
• Organize faculty events,
• Prepare annual performance reports related to the undergraduate program,
• Undergraduate Program Advisory Board: Actively participate in annual meetings – presentations and follow-up,
• Provide full support to the Academic Director in analyzing undergraduate exit surveys and interviews,
• Support reporting processes for the AACSB accreditation of the undergraduate program.
Faculty Members, Candidates, and Other Administrative Affairs:
• Handle the administrative affairs of faculty members,
• Support projects aimed at the development and success of the undergraduate program.
Databases:
• Update the information of companies listed in the CRM database and support the Dean in managing relationships with these companies.
FMS Website:
• Be responsible for managing the project for the renewal and continuous updating of the Faculty of Management Sciences website.
